AI solutions, development and training

AI, from boardroom to front line.

Strategy, custom AI systems and training for large companies: from the first use case to agents working inside your tools, with your people in control.

Launching an AI pilot is easy. Making it last is our job.

Finance, operations, sales, customer service, HR: we start where AI pays off first, then extend it across the company.

Our AI solutions

The whole chain, from strategy to daily use.

AI strategy and governance

We find where AI pays off, measure it on your data and rank it into a roadmap. A usage charter and clear rules frame every project.

Build your AI roadmap

Custom AI engineering

Agents and assistants built for your business, connected to your e-mail, CRM and business software. A person approves every outgoing action.

Platforms and web apps

Custom platforms that bring your company’s processes together and automate them end to end, and web apps for your teams and your clients.

Design your platform

Data, security and compliance

Your data gathered and protected: role-based access, a full audit trail and data rules signed before any access. We frame the compliance of your AI use with your counsel.

Secure your data

AI training

Executives, business teams and technical teams learn on their own work. They leave using AI, not just knowing about it.

Private AI deployment

Your AI, on your own servers.

For data that must not leave the company, we install AI models on your servers or in your private cloud. We size the hardware, choose and test the model on your use cases, then put it into service.

  • The model runs inside your network, with no call to an outside service.
  • Access goes through your accounts, and every request is logged.
  • You choose the model and decide when it changes.

In practice

One example: a document check.

  1. 01

    Inbox

Documents land in one dedicated mailbox.

  2. 02

    Grouped by container

Each file joins its container, then its shipment.

  3. 03

    Fields compared

Counts, weights, names and dates, across documents.

  4. 04

    Green, orange or red

A status per file, a correction drafted.

  5. 05

    A person sends

Your operator checks the draft and sends it.

  • Your data is exportable, and deleted when you leave.

Questions

Frequent questions.

What does Candilia do?

Candilia is an AI strategy, engineering and training firm. We help large companies decide where AI pays off, build custom AI solutions (agents, assistants, platforms and process automation) inside their existing tools, deploy AI on their own servers when data must stay in-house, set the data rules around it and train the teams who use it.

Do you develop custom AI solutions?

Yes. We design and build AI agents, internal assistants and automations connected to your e-mail, CRM and business software. Each project starts with one task measured on your own data, then a working version your team tests before it goes live. A person approves every outgoing action.

Can AI run on our own servers?

Yes. We install AI models on your servers or in your private cloud, size the hardware and test the model on your use cases before it goes live. The model runs inside your network, access goes through your accounts and every request is logged.

Do you offer AI training for companies?

Yes, in four formats: corporate training for business teams, executive training, technical training for developers and IT, and in-company programmes designed for one company. Participants work on their own files, not generic examples, and leave with something that works. Formats range from a half-day discovery to a programme over several sessions.

Where should a large company start with AI?

With a diagnostic. We map your recurring processes, measure them in hours on your own data and show a working prototype on the most promising one. You receive a ranked roadmap and a business case, so your leadership can decide what to build first.

How do you protect our data?

Data rules are written and signed before any access. Systems start with read-only rights, every action is logged, and your data stays exportable and is deleted when the engagement ends. When data must not leave the company, we deploy the AI on your own servers.

Which sectors do you work with?

Exporters, freight forwarders and customs brokers, logistics, manufacturing, accounting and professional services, and real estate, where documents and repetitive work weigh most. The same method applies to banks, insurers, retailers and energy companies: we start wherever AI saves the most time.
